Option 3: The rent will be $5,200 NNN if the jobber contract is Rack+1 Contract; with you making 100% of the fuel profits. Buyer will pay 100% of credit card fees inside and outside. Fuel equipment maintenance will also be 100% responsibility of the Buyer.
